Duey Flanigan will not sell or otherwise provide your contact information with other entities, except where required by law.
Duey Flanigan will only share your online information when both parties have agreed to make contact through the site. In other words, you can "friend" someone, but you cannot see their information until they say yes.
Duey Flanigan may send you email from time to time requesting your feedback about the site, a particular activity, or advance notice of upcoming changes. You can unsubscribe to these emails by following the direction sent in the email.

Be courteous!
Be honest when you submit your exercise times. Cheating is for the villains, not the super heroes!
Bullying or teasing will not be tolerated. In all forums and interactions between users, all communications must be polite and civil. We are not saying you can't disagree, but the point here is to be supportive, not pick on others.
ASK YOUR PARENTS if you have questions about whether you should participate in an activity.
Try something new. Duey Flanigan supports kids trying new forms of exercise and play. If it seems a little scary, it's OK. At least if you don't like it, you can say that with honesty, because you tried it!

Neither Duey Flanigan nor its employees or owners are liable for injury sustained to children while exercising.
If you believe your child should receive doctors' clearance before starting any kind of exercise plan, please do so.
Duey Flanigan does not promote "winning" but rather "playing to the best of your ability". At no time will winning a game or sport be more important than playing the game.
Some activities may be considered dangerous by a parent. If you are uncomfortable with your child performing these activities, please do not allow them. Users are not penalized for not participating in any particular activity.
Duey Flanigan's support of an activity is not a suitable replacement for parental supervision. Sports can be dangerous, and parental supervision is advised for any physical activity.
